If you believe you were unfairly banned, muted, or punished on AquaNetwork, you have the right to submit an appeal. Please read this carefully before submitting.

Before You Appeal

• Carefully review the relevant rules that apply to your punishment.
• You must appeal honestly. Lying or leaving out important details will result in denial.
• Appeals are only accepted for bans, mutes, or permanent punishments.
• Temporary punishments usually expire on their own and do not require an appeal.
• You may only submit one appeal per punishment. Spamming multiple appeals will result in denial.
• Be respectful when writing your appeal. Disrespecting staff will result in instant denial.

How to Appeal a Punishment?

2. Review the relevant rules that apply to your punishment
3. Fill out the appeal form on the Appeal page if server banned/muted.

Important Notes

• Do not ask staff to “check my appeal”. Appeals are reviewed as soon as possible.
• Appeals are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.
• Appeals are reviewed privately by our staff team. Only you and staff can see your appeal.
• The staff team’s decision is final.

Tip: If you know you broke the rules, it’s always better to admit it and show that you understand what you did wrong. Staff are more likely to forgive honest players.
